Unauthorized PDFAid Subscription Charges – Request for Refund and Cancellation

I am writing regarding unauthorized charges made to my Visa card for a PDFAid subscription that I never signed up for or authorized. My name is T*** M***, and I live in Las Vegas. The charges have been made to my Visa card ending in 4706. Unauthorized charges appeared on my card in April, May, and June, and another charge of $49 is now being attempted in July. Since I did not authorize these transactions or subscribe to any PDFAid service, I have placed a hold on my card to prevent any further withdrawals. I respectfully request the immediate and permanent cancellation of any PDFAid subscription associated with my name or my Visa card, a full refund of all unauthorized charges that have already been processed, and written confirmation that my card details have been completely removed from your systems so that no further charges or payment attempts can occur. I expect this matter to be investigated and resolved as a priority, and I ask that all unauthorized charges be refunded to me as soon as possible.
