I Want a Refund for the Unauthorized PDFAid Subscription Charge

On 03/17/2026, I purchased a one-month trial subscription through PDFAid using my Yapı Kredi credit card for approximately $3. I approved and accepted the initial charge of approximately $3 that was withdrawn from my card in March. However, on April 5, I discovered that another charge of approximately $32 had been made from my card without my knowledge or approval. I absolutely did not authorize this second payment and do not accept this transaction.

During the original approximately $3 transaction on 03/17/2026, an additional SMS verification was required before the payment could be completed. However, for the approximately $32 charge, money was withdrawn from my card without any additional confirmation or approval request being sent to me. This situation has seriously damaged my trust in both the payment process and the platform. I also have transaction receipts and screenshots from the Yapı Kredi mobile application showing these payment records.

After noticing the unauthorized approximately $32 payment, I contacted PDFAid and requested that my subscription be canceled. Despite this, I later received a notification stating that my subscription had merely been “frozen” until May 30, meaning not only was money withdrawn from my card without my permission, but my membership was also not fully canceled as I had specifically requested.

For all of these reasons, I demand that the approximately $32 withdrawn from my card without my consent be refunded to me as soon as possible, that my subscription be completely terminated, and that all of my credit card information stored in PDFAid’s systems be permanently deleted immediately for the security of my personal and financial data.
