PDFaid.com Scammed Me!

I am writing to submit a complaint regarding a misleading practice on Pdfaid.com that resulted in an unauthorized charge to my debit card. On 24.01.2026, I urgently needed to download an important file, and your website required a payment for access. At no stage during the process was it clearly and explicitly stated that this payment would create a recurring paid subscription with automatic future charges. I proceeded with the payment only to access my file, and I did not give informed consent to any subscription or regular billing. After noticing the situation, I canceled the subscription; however, a charge of 1000 TRY has already been deducted from my debit card. I could not clearly see what happened to my messages when I tried to contact you, and I have not received any proper response or solution so far, which increases my concern and loss of trust in your service. I request that the 1000 TRY charged to my account be fully refunded and that you confirm in writing that my subscription is completely canceled and that no further charges will be made to my debit card. Otherwise, I will escalate this matter to my bank and initiate a chargeback process, reporting the transaction as unauthorized and misleading. I expect this issue to be resolved urgently and in good faith.
