They say that any extra service fees, like for a "Flexible Ticket" or help, are shown to you during the buy process.

Then, chat or call GoToGate and make your case. You can ask for a written explanation of the charge.
If the fee doesn't match what was promised—especially if you were told "no service fees" but were still charged—quote your booking terms, ask for a return or cancellation, and stress any words that aren't clear.
