If GoToGate charged you fees you weren't expecting or that were hidden, look again at how much they charged you when you booked and the emails they sent you.
They say that any extra service fees, like for a "Flexible Ticket" or help, are shown to you during the buy process.
Once you've found the fee that you don't understand, go to the "My Bookings" area and click on the "Contact Us" tab.
Then, chat or call GoToGate and make your case. You can ask for a written explanation of the charge.
If the fee doesn't match what was promised—especially if you were told "no service fees" but were still charged—quote your booking terms, ask for a return or cancellation, and stress any words that aren't clear.
