How to Correct Passenger Name Mistakes on GoToGate and Etihad Flights

I purchased a plane ticket from Etihad Air through GoToGate under reservation number 1090-339-408 for a flight on November 7, 2025. However, due to a system error, the same name was entered twice, causing an extra passenger to appear on the ticket. I’ve been trying to fix this issue for three days. When I contacted GoToGate customer service, they directed me to the airline, but the airline stated they couldn’t assist with this matter.

I paid a total of $914 for the ticket. When I tried to remove the duplicate name, I was told I would have to pay an additional $32. I’m requesting that the duplicate name be removed free of charge. I kindly ask that my issue be resolved quickly and without any extra fees.
