On October 25 at around 5:50 PM I attempted to purchase a ticket via GoToGate for a Bodrum-London flight. Initially the ticket price showed as $945, but when I proceeded to the payment stage the price automatically increased to $1,351 without any warning or explanation. I had to cancel the transaction because of this unexpected and steep price jump.
Having prices increase like this at the payment stage is both trust-shaking and harmful to customers. I request that GoToGate provide an explanation and take the necessary measures to prevent similar injustices going forward.
