Brand-New Suzuki S-Cross Headlight Defect Discovered During First Wash

In the last week of November, I purchased a brand-new, zero-mileage Suzuki S-Cross from the Askale Suzuki Beylikdüzü dealership. On December 6, while washing the car, a piece of the headlight came off in my hand, and I noticed that the part appeared to be held in place with silicone. Encountering such an issue in a brand-new vehicle seriously disturbed me in terms of trust and perceived quality.
When I contacted the authorized dealer and Suzuki about the issue, they claimed that the crack on the headlight was caused by user error. I do not accept this explanation, as the vehicle has not been exposed to any impact or collision, and the headlight part came loose during a simple car wash. I expect greater attention to quality control and final inspection processes when delivering a brand-new vehicle, and I believe that in situations like this, the company should take responsibility and manage the process professionally instead of blaming the customer.
I want the necessary lessons to be learned from this incident and hope that other customers do not experience a similar problem in the future.
