PhotoGrid Free Trial Turned Into Unauthorized Annual Charge

22

On August 26, 2025, I tapped the “free trial” option in the PhotoGrid app on my iPhone 14 Pro Max. However, without receiving any confirmation, warning, or consent, an annual subscription fee of $39 was charged to my TEB credit card linked to my Apple account under the name “PhotoGrid VIP.” Even though it was advertised as a free trial, I do not accept this charge.

Yesterday, I selected the free trial option for the first time and then deleted the app. Today, I noticed that the fee was charged to my account. At no point did I receive any warning, notification, or error message on my device or within the app.

I request that my subscription be canceled and that the amount I paid be refunded to me. I have not previously contacted customer service, and I did not perform any cancellation through the app. I kindly ask for the issue to be resolved as soon as possible.
