I Face Extra Fees from GoToGate After Last-Minute Flight Time Change

Five days before my scheduled flight, GoToGate informed me that the flight time had been changed. While I understand that schedule adjustments can happen, what’s unacceptable is that when I tried to select a different available time, GoToGate demanded an additional fee—despite the fact that passengers are entitled to a free change under these circumstances.

To make matters worse, I know others who booked the same airline through a different travel agency and were able to change their flight time for free. Why is GoToGate applying different standards and charging customers for something they have a right to?

I opened multiple support tickets, but I haven’t received any response. The lack of communication combined with the unexpected time change has left me completely inconvenienced and out of options.

I demand that GoToGate allow me to change my flight time without charging extra, as per my passenger rights. I also expect a prompt response to my submitted issues. This situation could’ve been handled with basic customer care, but now it’s become a source of unnecessary stress and frustration. Please resolve this immediately.
