PhotoGrid Charged $39 After Free Trial Sign-Up on iPhone
On September 27, 2025, I signed up for the PhotoGrid app on my iPhone 12 by using the free trial button. However, even though a payment method was already saved, $39 was charged to my account using the “bill to carrier” option. I canceled the subscription immediately and did not use the app at all.
My order number is MQ5QQYZY94. I have not yet contacted Apple or PhotoGrid customer service regarding a refund. I believe this charge was made in error, and I am requesting a refund of the $39 that was charged to me.
