I Paid ₺15,320 for My Gotogate Flight but Was Charged ₺15,974 Without Explanation

I purchased an international flight ticket through Gotogate, and on the day of the transaction, I was charged ₺15,320—this is also the exact amount listed in the confirmation email I received. However, when I checked my credit card statement today, I saw that a total of ₺15,974 had been charged to my card.

There was no warning, notification, or explanation provided for this additional ₺654. I did not authorize any extra payment, and this discrepancy between the amount shown during purchase and the amount withdrawn from my card is completely unacceptable.

I want to know why I was overcharged and demand a full refund of the excess amount. If there are hidden currency exchange fees or commissions, they should have been clearly stated before the payment was finalized. I expect Gotogate to respond quickly and take responsibility for this unauthorized charge. I trusted this platform, but now I seriously doubt its transparency and customer respect.
