I booked my trip through Gotogate, with segments operated by Turkish Airlines and GOL Linhas Aéreas. The airlines notified me that the flight dates were changed, and after speaking directly with them I was told I’m entitled to cancel and receive a full refund due to the involuntary schedule change. That’s clear.
What isn’t clear is Gotogate’s handling of my case. Every time I contact customer service, the process is dragged out with delays, incomplete answers, and contradictory information. On top of that, Gotogate insists on charging a commission/agent fee, even though this is an airline-initiated change and my refund should be 100% with no deductions.
I’m requesting immediate action: cancel my ticket as involuntary and refund the full amount to my original payment method without any fees. Send written confirmation and a concrete refund timeline. If you fail to resolve this promptly, I will escalate the matter to the Consumer Arbitration Committee and pursue all available legal remedies. Customers deserve transparency and compliance with airline and consumer protection rules—not stalling and unfair charges.
