PhotoGrid Charged $39 After I Canceled Subscription on iOS

On iOS, I canceled my PhotoGrid subscription yesterday. However, this morning, a charge of $39 was taken from my bank card. Being charged this fee despite having canceled my subscription has caused me financial hardship.

The email address linked to my account is n*******@gmail.com**. I have never experienced a similar issue before, and I have not been able to contact customer support yet.

I request that the amount charged for the canceled subscription be refunded to me as soon as possible.
