Gotogate Sold Me a New Ticket for €200 More After Pegasus Canceled My Flight

I booked my flight through Gotogate with Pegasus Airlines, only to find out that my original ticket was suddenly canceled. When I reached out, I was told the cancellation was due to “technical reasons” and that Pegasus had not been paid for my ticket. Instead of assisting me or offering a proper rebooking at no extra charge, Gotogate tried to sell me another ticket for €200 more than my original purchase.
This feels like nothing more than a predatory pricing tactic, taking advantage of stranded passengers and forcing us to pay inflated prices for the same service. No real explanation, no support, and no accountability.
I demand a full investigation into why my original booking was not honored and a refund of the difference I was forced to pay. Gotogate should stop exploiting customers in urgent situations and take responsibility for payments that clearly were not processed correctly. I expect a fair resolution and reimbursement without delay.
