I booked my flight through Gotogate. The operating airline (Mongolian Airlines) changed the travel date and confirmed in writing that this schedule change gives me the right to cancel with a full refund. That part is clear and undisputed.
What is not acceptable is Gotogate’s response. Each time I contact support, I’m met with delays, contradictory explanations, and a claim that a commission/agent fee will be deducted—even though the airline’s involuntary change makes me eligible for a 100% refund. I should not have to chase basic consumer rights while being given incomplete or conflicting information.
I am formally requesting that Gotogate process the cancellation immediately and refund the total amount to my original payment method—without any deductions. Please send written confirmation of the cancellation and the full refund timeline. If this is not resolved promptly, I will escalate the matter to the Consumer Arbitration Committee and other relevant authorities.
Gotogate, honor the airline’s policy and your obligations: no fees, no delays—just the full refund I am entitled to.
