Xsolla Roblox Payment Charged Twice But Refund Not Issued

On June 10, 2025, I attempted to purchase 500 Robux twice through Xsolla while using Roblox. Both transactions were for ₺206.78 each, and the amounts were successfully withdrawn from my credit card. However, immediately after payment, I received a message stating that “your payment has been canceled.” Despite the cancellation notice, my money has not been refunded to my account.

I still have all the receipts and SMS confirmations from Xsolla, which clearly show that the payments were taken. Yet, there has been no progress, no refund, and no explanation as to why the transactions were canceled in the first place.

This situation is unacceptable. Customers should never be left without their money after a failed purchase, especially when clear evidence of payment exists.

I demand that Xsolla immediately process the refund of both ₺206.78 transactions (a total of ₺413.56) and provide a written confirmation that the money has been returned to my account. If this is not resolved promptly, I will have no choice but to file a criminal complaint with the prosecutor’s office and pursue legal action.
