Take the following steps to solve this problem:
Update the TV's software. Firmware that is too old can make the TV unstable. Find the software update area in your TV's settings menu and check to see if there are any updates available.
Check External Devices: Set-top boxes, game systems, and USB drives that are connected to your computer may cause problems. Take away all of your external gadgets and check to see if the problem still exists. If the TV gets stable again, reconnect each device one at a time to find the problem.
Reset to Factory Settings: If the problem keeps happening, a factory reset might help. This process will return the TV to its basic settings, which could fix problems with the software. Keep in mind that this will delete all of your saved settings and apps.
Make sure the TV is in a well-ventilated area and that its fans are not blocked to make sure it doesn't get too hot. If the TV gets too hot, it might not work.
