Vestel 65UG9750 TV Screen Dimming Problem Not Fixed for a Month
I have been experiencing a screen dimming issue with my Vestel 65UG9750 television for about a month, and since the problem began, I have not been able to use the TV. I contacted Vestel customer service, and they took the television in for service. However, I was informed that since they didn’t have the necessary spare parts, I would have to purchase a lower model television by paying the price difference. I do not accept this solution. My request is for the spare parts of my television to be supplied and the repair to be carried out. Although the product is no longer under warranty, I am asking for the part to be provided and the repair service to be completed. I purchased the television from the Hepsiburada website, and I no longer have the order or service receipt. I request that Vestel resolve this issue and repair my television.
