Vestel 50U9500 TV Screen Failed After 3 Years Despite Careful Use with Protector
I bought the Vestel 50U9500 50" TV in late 2021, confident in its local production and the brand's reputation. I took great care of the TV and used a screen protector from day one, but it unexpectedly developed a major problem, rendering the screen unusable. I was really surprised to encounter such a significant issue with a product I anticipated would endure for a long time. Replacing my TV every three years is simply not an option for me, and this has led to a lot of frustration. A product of this quality shouldn't break down so soon, particularly with proper care. I urge Vestel to take action on this issue and resolve my complaint, as it is important for them to stand by their product and prioritize customer satisfaction.
