Unable to Access Apple Store on Vestel Smart TV – No Solution After Setup

I’ve had my Vestel Smart TV for only two days, and I already can’t access the Apple Store. I’ve tried everything, but there’s been no solution or anyone to assist me. This isn’t the first issue I’ve had with this TV, and buying Vestel was clearly a mistake. After a complete reinstallation, the problem persists as soon as I reconnect to the internet. I’m beyond frustrated and need help resolving this quickly. If anyone has experience with this or knows how to fix it, please assist. Vestel needs to step up and provide proper support for its customers.
