On November 13, 2025, I made a withdrawal through XM Global using the online bank transfer method for 196.52 USD (approximately $194 USD). However, because my bank account IBAN had changed, the money was sent to my old IBAN and was rejected by the bank. Even though the bank returned the funds, it has been a week and the money still has not reached me.

I contacted XM Global customer service multiple times, and they told me the issue was being reviewed, but after an entire week I still have not received any results. My transaction number is 29631633, my payment number is 37731231p, and my bank is Enpara (QNB Finansbank A.Ş.). My IBAN is TR64****************84.

I request that the amount be transferred to my updated account as soon as possible.
