Vestel Promised a Joystick Remote for My 65 Inch TV but Didn’t Deliver It
I bought a 65-inch Vestel TV and was told that for an extra ₺2000, I could get the same model with a joystick remote control. They explained that the only difference between the two TVs was the remote control. After discussing it with my wife, we decided to pay the additional ₺2000 for the joystick remote. When the product arrived, there was no joystick remote control included. The technical service acknowledged that we had been misled and suggested the company should assist us. However, Vestel offered no support. After the purchase, Vestel sent me a message asking for a satisfaction rating. I gave one star and told my wife they would definitely call, but after waiting a week, no one reached out. I had no choice but to write here. Honestly, this experience took away all the excitement of getting a new TV.

They called, but they didn't provide any solutions. The dealer says one thing, the technical service says another, and the customer representative says something else. Unfortunately, no one knows the features of the device they are selling. As a result, disappointment.
