As a customer who has been depositing money and trading on Bybit for years to grow and manage my savings, I deposited funds with trust. On November 17, 2025, I transferred a total of $659 USD to an account under the name Bybit TR Ödeme Hizmetleri A.Ş. This deposit was rejected without any reasonable explanation, and I was told that the amount would be refunded within 2–14 days.
As of today, 16 days have passed and not a single cent has been refunded to my account. The system only shows the message “refund is in progress,” but there is no actual progress. Since it is impossible to reach a live support agent or customer representative, communication is limited to a bot, which repeatedly gives the same responses.
During this process, I was asked to provide many documents such as bank statements and receipts. I submitted all requested documents completely, yet I still have not received any concrete results. I feel as though I am being strung along, as if the money has disappeared. Bybit TR, through unilateral decisions and an unjustified, indifferent attitude, is effectively preventing users from accessing their own funds; in my case, it feels as though they have practically seized the money I deposited.
Because no transparent information has been provided, communication is limited to an automated bot, and the refund process is being unnecessarily prolonged, I have suffered significant harm and completely lost trust in the platform. I request that the $659 USD I deposited be refunded to me immediately and in full, and that a clear, written explanation be provided regarding this unlawful, arbitrary, and negligent handling of my case.
