I purchased Vestel 65QA9700 QLED TV on 06.01.2024, and after about six months, it started making a buzzing noise. I reported the issue to Vestel service, and they came to check it, replacing the power unit. However, the buzzing noise persisted. Despite the TV going to the service center for repairs a second time, the problem still hasn't been fixed. When the headquarters contacted me, they claimed the noise from the device was normal, the measurements showed normal values, and it was not a chronic issue, completely ignoring my complaint. When I requested a replacement with a higher model if available, or a new unit of the same model if not, the person who called me firmly stated that this would not happen. I regret choosing a domestic brand, as they do not stand behind their products and leave the consumer in a difficult situation.
