We bought the Vestel-50ua9600-50-126 screen Android Smart 4K Ultra HD LED TV on June 20, 2023. It malfunctioned. It has a warranty, but we're told that the panel failure, supposedly due to liquid damage, isn't covered by the warranty. The service center says everyone has the same complaints, there's no solution, no satisfaction. Friends, they're pushing their chronic malfunctions and low-quality products onto consumers. They neither refund nor replace. This is truly shameful and unfair.
