I am a Free Fire player from Ghana and I log in to the game with my Facebook account. For about four months now, my account has had an issue where my level does not increase even though I keep gaining experience points after every match. My current level is 59, and since reaching this level, the progress bar has completely stopped moving despite continuous gameplay and visible XP gain. This situation makes the game feel unfair and discouraging, because all the time and effort I spend playing is not reflected in my level progress. I kindly request that you check my account, fix this level bug, and restore my level so that it starts counting and progressing normally again. I would like this problem to be resolved as soon as possible so I can continue playing Free Fire with proper level progression.
