Vestel Smart TV Starts Channels from 101 and Fails to Detect Remote Control

I am experiencing significant issues with my Vestel smart TV. TV channels start from 101 instead of 1, and it opens on the radio by default. I cannot fix this problem at all. Additionally, since the day I purchased it, the TV occasionally fails to detect the remote control. The updates make the device even harder to use, and the lack of basic apps like Google further diminishes the experience. I previously filed a complaint about this TV, and while the technical service contacted me, they insisted on taking the service fee upfront when they came. Considering the product is already defective, I believe Vestel should address these issues without additional costs. The lack of support and accountability is very frustrating, and due to these problems, I do not plan to choose Vestel again.
