Vestel Android TV Software Errors

My 155-inch Vestel Android TV has been constantly experiencing software issues for the past month. The home screen becomes slow, the screen occasionally goes black, and sometimes the software freezes completely, making the TV unresponsive to any button presses. I’ve been calling Vestel for a month now, and they keep saying they will send a remote update. Despite the TV being connected to the internet 24/7, no update has been sent. Every time I call, the resolution is postponed. During my last call, they said they would charge ₺600 just to come and inspect the issue. Vestel’s Android TV clearly has software-related problems, yet they expect customers to pay ₺600 just to have someone look at it. This truly reflects a poor approach to customer satisfaction.
