Vestel 50-Inch Android TV Keeps Breaking Despite Multiple Repairs
The 50-inch Vestel Android TV we bought two years ago has been sent for service four times, and even though the motherboard was replaced, the same issues persist. The strange part is that now it has even more problems. It freezes, doesn’t respond to the remote, randomly changes channels, and performs actions on its own. It makes me wonder if the TV is trying to tell me something. On top of that, customer service has been unable to help. Not everyone can do everything, so please put some care into it. It’s great to assemble parts from China here and sell them for double the price, but when it comes to standing behind the product, there’s nothing. Vestel again? Never.
