Bybit Holding My $1,035 Bank Transfer With No Explanation
At around 3:30 p.m. on November 30, I transferred $1,035 USD from my QNB account to my Bybit account via bank transfer. Even after approximately 30 hours, the funds still have not been credited to my account. At the same time, the money has not been refunded, nor has any clear explanation been provided. My Bybit account shows the deposit as “under review/pending,” which makes me feel as though my money is essentially being held hostage.
Although I contacted live support multiple times, no concrete solution was offered — I was only told to wait. However, it is unacceptable for such a large amount of money to remain in uncertainty for this long.
I request that my $1,035 USD transfer be processed immediately and fully credited to my Bybit account, or returned to my bank account without delay, along with a clear, written explanation of the situation.
