Hello everyone, I wanted to share my experience with the Vestel TV I purchased. As you can see in the picture, there are lines running down the screen of our 165-inch TV. This problem first occurred, and after calling the service, it was fixed, but now, two months later, the same issue has reappeared.
I told the service that this must be a chronic issue and asked for a replacement. They refused, saying they would repair it again. I asked if I was supposed to send the TV for repair every two months. For a 165-inch TV costing 20-30 thousand ₺, this is unacceptable.
I don't plan on buying another Vestel TV or any other appliance from them due to this issue and the lack of customer support. It's been a week without any response from their supposed callback.
To anyone considering buying a Vestel TV, I urge you to think twice. My phone conversations with them are recorded, and unfortunately, this has been a disappointing experience with Vestel. I hope this message helps others in making a more informed decision.
