I have previously requested service multiple times for my Vestel 32" Android TV. After smoke came out of the TV and a crackling sound followed, I called for service. The service team informed me that the power supply board had burned out and was replaced. However, the problems did not end there. I requested service again due to dust and clouding on the screen, but this issue was not resolved. Previously, I also reported the screen suddenly turning white and black with a trim sound, but I couldn’t get support as I didn’t have video evidence. Eventually, I managed to record a video of the malfunction. The TV I purchased is both faulty and poses a safety hazard. It is being used in the room where my children are present. Vestel is responsible for any material or moral damages (such as fire or injury) caused by this TV. I urgently request a replacement for my TV and am willing to pay the price difference, if any.
