Either by phone, email, or online chat, get in touch with their customer support crew. Clearly state the circumstances, noting that the item arrived unsealed and has a fingerprint.
Provide evidence of purchase. Prepare to offer as evidence of purchase your order number or receipt.
Follow the exchange process by the customer support agent. They can want you to send a replacement and back the opened lip glow.
