BDG Game Paytm UPI Deposit Failed and Money Was Never Credited or Refunded

I made a game deposit on BDG Game through Paytm UPI from my Union Bank account, but the money has not been credited, and I have not received any refund. The transaction was made around 12/12/2025, and the UPI reference number is 534650885689. The total amount I sent was not reflected in my BDG Game account balance, even though the money was debited from my bank. I also contacted Paytm/bank support regarding this UPI transaction, but I have not received any effective solution, and my issue is still unresolved. I request that this failed or missing Paytm UPI transaction be checked urgently using the reference number 534650885689 and that my money be immediately refunded to my Union Bank account, along with a clear written explanation of what went wrong with this deposit.
