Sephora Staff Treated Me Poorly

I visited the Sephora store around noon. I had added a few items to my cart on Sephora’s online shopping app and went to the store to try them out before purchasing the ones that suited me online. I asked for a few products, and they simply handed one to me saying, “Here, apply it yourself.” I explained that I didn’t know how to use it, but no one offered to help. They gave me the product and moved on to assist other customers. Later, someone applied contour to my face. When I asked, “Don’t you have a brush?” they responded, “If we had one, we would’ve used it.” The staff was extremely indifferent and showed no attention to customers. Do you have to be ultra-rich to get decent service there?

Unfortunately, there was no response, so I called customer service today and filed a complaint. Only then did they get back to me, and instead of offering a solution, they just explained themselves.
