I am writing regarding an issue I am experiencing with the Bdg game on PlayStation related to a withdrawal that has not been paid. I submitted a withdrawal request with order number WD2025121322560255454939f, associated with ID 19999464. The withdrawal amount is 13,017, and although I was informed that the process would be completed, the payment has still not been credited to me.

The stated processing time has already been exceeded, and I have been waiting without any update or explanation. I request that my 13,017 withdrawal for the above-mentioned order number and ID be urgently processed and paid to me without further delay, and that I be clearly informed about the current status of my transaction.
