Zara, Please Refund The Missing Refund That You Owe Me

I purchased a women’s bag from Zara through the Zara mobile app during the first week of December, paying $64 during a sale period. When I decided to return the bag, the refund was not processed based on the amount I actually paid. Instead, Zara refunded only $38, claiming a discounted price, even though this was not the amount charged to me.
Because of this issue, I contacted Zara customer service through the app at least 10 times and spent over two hours messaging with support. Despite repeatedly and clearly explaining that I paid $64 and received only $38, I was explicitly told that no additional refund would be issued and that the price difference would not be corrected. The responses I received felt automated and repetitive, making me question whether I was even speaking with a real person, and leaving me extremely dissatisfied with the support process.
I request that the missing refund amount be paid to me and that my refund be adjusted to reflect the actual price I paid for the bag. I expect this incorrect refund transaction to be reviewed and that the remaining $26 difference be returned to my account as soon as possible.
