Vileda 2 in 1 Turbo Mop Pedal Broke After Weeks

I recently purchased a Vileda 2 in 1 Turbo mop set, and after only a few weeks of use, the pedal on the bucket broke. This issue occurred during normal household use and has made cleaning extremely difficult for me. As I have a baby at home, I need to clean frequently, and this problem has caused serious inconvenience.

I reported the issue to the authorized service center, but so far I have not received any response. Considering that the product failed in such a short period of time, I find this situation unacceptable.

I kindly request that my Vileda 2 in 1 Turbo mop be handled under warranty and that the product either be replaced with a new, fault-free unit or repaired promptly so that I can continue my daily cleaning routine without further problems.
