I’m a Sephora Black Card member, and despite it being my birthday recently, I never received any birthday code, gift, or notification—nothing was applied or defined to my account. I filled out the official contact form to report the issue, but there has been no response at all.

This isn’t the first time I’ve struggled to get in touch with Sephora’s customer service, and I’m extremely frustrated. As a loyal customer and a Black Card holder, I expected better communication and fulfillment of promised benefits.

I’m now turning to this platform in hopes that someone will finally respond and resolve the issue. I request that my birthday gift be honored without further delay, and that Sephora improves its customer support for loyal members like me.
