I Ordered from Sephora.com but My Package Still Hasn’t Shipped After 7 Days
I placed an order on Sephora.com on May 28, 2025, and while the estimated delivery date shown at checkout was May 30, it’s now been over a week, and my order status still says “Preparing.”
I was expecting the usual 2-day processing and delivery, as promised on the site—but here we are, 7 days later, and nothing has shipped. There has been no update, no tracking number, no explanation, and no sign of when (or if) my items will arrive.
If a company like Sephora can’t meet its own advertised delivery times, how are customers supposed to trust their service—especially when we plan around those dates? This delay has already caused serious inconvenience.
Sephora, I demand an immediate update on my order and for you to ship it out without any further delay. Please stop misleading customers with inaccurate delivery estimates and fix whatever is causing these shipping delays.
