I purchased a Karcher FCV3 wet and dry upright vacuum cleaner from Teknosa on 01.12.2025. From the very first day, at every use during the self-cleaning phase, the device overflows water both into the stand and outside of it. This situation makes it impossible to use the product in a healthy way and clearly does not match the qualities I expected from a new device. When I reported the problem, I was told that the product should be sent to service. However, since I consider this a defect present from the very beginning, I do not accept sending it to service, and I regard the product as defective. I do not want to continue using a device that shows such a fault from day one. For these reasons, I request that the faulty Karcher FCV3 vacuum cleaner I purchased be either refunded in full or replaced with a new, fault-free product. I ask for my request to be processed as soon as possible.
