I am an expat living in Türkiye, and I placed an order from Yemeksepeti Market on 13 December at around 11:44, with the order number #tfw-phzp. When the delivery arrived, more than five items that I had paid for were missing from the order, with a total value of 1,118 TL. After noticing the missing products, I tried the entire day to reach Yemeksepeti customer service and live support, but I could not get in touch with anyone or receive any assistance. As someone who is not local, this lack of support made the situation even more difficult and frustrating, because I did not receive the full order I paid for and had no way to resolve the issue. I kindly request that the cost of all missing items in this order, totalling 1,118 TL, be refunded to me as soon as possible.
