I Received a Short-Filled Amla Soothing Serum in My Fable & Mane Set From Sephora

I ordered the Fable & Mane three-piece hair serum set from Sephora’s official online store, expecting to receive all products in full, sealed condition. However, when I opened the package, I immediately noticed that the Amla Soothing Serum bottle was significantly underfilled compared to the other two in the set. It was missing about a finger’s width of product, which gave the impression that it had already been opened or partially used.

This is incredibly disappointing, especially considering that I paid full price for a new, unused set. Sephora is a globally trusted brand, so receiving what looks like a tampered or defective product raises serious concerns about quality control and product handling.

I expect Sephora to inspect this issue seriously and provide either a replacement serum or a partial refund for the missing amount. Customers should not have to worry about product integrity when shopping from an official source. Please resolve this promptly.
