Scribd took money from my credit card without consent—how can I stop this?

Your card may have been charged by Scribd without your permission if you had an auto-renewed trial or membership.

First, go to your Scribd account and see if the subscription is still live. If it is, cancel it right away under "Account Settings" to avoid any further charges.

Next, go to Scribd's Help Center, contact support, and ask for a refund. Make it clear that you did not approve the payment.
