Scribd Charged After Cancellation - Won’t Respond To Support

7I was previously subscribed to the Scribd premium monthly plan, which I canceled around November 5th. Despite canceling my subscription last month, a new fee was charged to my credit card on December 4th in the amount of $11.99. I requested support from Scribd regarding this unauthorized charge, but I have not received any response so far. I do not want to continue using the service and I do not approve of any further charges being made to my card. I request that my Scribd subscription be completely canceled, my account permanently deleted, and the $11.99 charged on December 4th be fully refunded to my credit card.
