I Can’t Cancel My Scribd Subscription Despite Repeated Attempts on App and Website

I’ve been trying to cancel my Scribd subscription for weeks, but the system simply won’t let me. I attempted to do it through both the app and the website multiple times. Either the cancellation option is completely missing, or the process sends me in circles without ever completing the cancellation. Meanwhile, automatic renewal is still active and Scribd keeps charging my account every month.
I followed all the steps listed in the help articles and FAQs very carefully, yet nothing worked. The user interface is incredibly confusing, and it feels like Scribd intentionally made the cancellation process difficult. For a basic feature like canceling a membership, this level of complexity is unacceptable.
I’m now being charged against my will and have no way to stop it. This situation is causing financial and emotional frustration. I demand the immediate termination of my subscription and assurance that no further charges will be made. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will file a formal complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Board and pursue legal options if necessary.
Please cancel the subscriptions tied to both of my Scribd accounts right away.
