On November 4, 2025 at 9:12 PM, a withdrawal of $12 USD was made by Scribd from a Ziraat Bank card ending in 3471, which does not belong to me and was charged without my knowledge or consent. I did not start any subscription, purchase a membership, or buy any service package, and I did not receive any email or notification regarding this transaction.
I have not yet contacted Scribd customer service. I am requesting an investigation into this unauthorized transaction and a refund of the $12 USD that was withdrawn from my card.
