Scribd Charged Me Without Subscription - I Need An Unauthorized Charge Refund

I do not have an active subscription, yet I was charged by Scribd without my approval. I need a refund because this is clearly a payment error, and according to Scribd, if they charged me by mistake, they will issue a refund.
