Scribd Charged $11.99 After Free Trial Even Though I Never Used the Membership

I used the free trial on the Scribd app and assumed the membership would automatically cancel afterward. However, on September 9, 2025, $11.99 was charged to my card even though I never used the subscription. After the charge, I immediately canceled my membership, and I currently do not have an active subscription. My account is registered with the email address “s*******@gmail.com.” I had logged in through both the Android app and the website. I request that this issue be resolved and that the amount charged be refunded to my card.
