Fix Truck Simulator Ultimate Career and Online Mode Not Working

I downloaded the Truck Simulator Ultimate game developed by Zuuks Games from Google Play yesterday. From the moment I first installed the game, I have not been able to use the career and online modes at all. When I press the career or online menu, there is no response on the screen, the respective modes do not open, and I cannot enter the game.

I haven't made any in-app purchases; I simply wanted to download and try the game, but I can't use it because I cannot access the basic game modes. This situation prevents me from enjoying the game in any way or playing it as intended.

I demand that this bug be identified and fixed as soon as possible, and that I be informed about the actions taken to resolve the issue.
